COINS Lite

COINS Lite is a consolidation, data management and reporting system that allows government organisations to collect, manage and report actual, plan and forecast data. These functions are performed at the strategic HM Treasury management level and these functions are related to data in their source systems. In addition, other structures can be created and the HM Treasury hierarchy can be expanded to include lower level structures used by the organisation for internal budgeting.

  1. The functionality to create, amend, archive and delete programme objects quickly

  3. Allows changes to be made between budgets in accordance with HMT formats

  7. Able to quickly define new reporting hierarchies without making changes to primary accounting and finance systems
