COINS-LITE OD™ is a fully hosted service, delivered over the web, on demand, for which you pay a monthly fee that you can turn off and on at any time you wish.

COINS-LITE OD™ vs Traditional Software Implementation Approach

Using COINS-LITE OD™ is easy and requires a little planning. The good news is that we’ve mapped out the whole process, and we assign every new customer a lead consultant/Account Director to make sure it all goes smoothly.
Setting up COINS-LITE OD™ to support your department is a highly individual process. The typical startup period is two days to two weeks, depending on the state of your data, which provides the opportunity to get everyone in your company on board. With this approach, you can be productive on the day you switch over.
We will determine a date for your transition, based on your dataset with HM Treasury, so there’s no real need to switch at the end of a reporting period.
The typical switching process looks like this:

The week before switching

• You identify who you want to use COINS-LITE OD™, and the permissions they should have
• You identify a "cut" over date.

The day before switching

• You look at the reconciliations provided as a matter of course and sign off
• You upload any data you are holding back from HM Treasury

The night before switching

• The COINS-LITE OD™ support team verifies your data import while you sleep

The day of switching

• You verify your data and provide final sign-off
• Your department is using COINS-LITE OD™
